Delete Your Back At It Account

If you want to delete your Back At It account and associated data, follow the instructions below.
Delete inside the app
Open the Back At It app, go to your account settings, and choose Delete account. In the latest layout, settings are available from Profile. If you cannot sign in or find this option, use the email request below.
Cancel a Subscription Separately
Deleting your Back At It account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop renewal, open your Google Play subscriptions and cancel the Back At It subscription. Make sure you use the Google account that made the purchase.
Request deletion by email
Email Zero2sixtymediallc@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject line Delete My Back At It Account.
Include the following in your email:
- Your account email address
- Your display name if applicable
- A clear request to delete your account and associated data
What happens next
After verification, your account and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable legal and operational requirements.
